We will start this session by connecting our heart frequency to the trees and prayers from my heart to yours. Then we will sit under the tree that calls to you in meditation and letting go of everything that held you back and blocked your energy from who you authentically are trying to become. Letting go of the trauma, drama, trials, tribulation, hurt, pain, and disappointment. Then we will walk in the woods connecting with divine nature, positive conversations, and healthy ways of living. Connecting with the trees, sharing your energy with the energy of the trees. Letting go of everything that held you or blocked you from your connection with nature. We will walk through the woods connecting with the birds, bees, butterflies, ducks, grass, water, sky, winds, earth, and opening up the heart – and letting the energy of nature tap into our hearts frequency to heal and guide you in your day to day lives.
